I’m Ishan Madhusanka. I connect product thinking, engineering teams and hands-on delivery—from interfaces to financial platforms and AI-powered products.

How I approach things.

Start by understanding the problem. Make the tradeoffs explicit. Build something useful, and learn from how it behaves in the real world.

My path began with UI and UX, grew into full-stack engineering and technical leadership, and now includes cloud and AI architecture. That range helps me connect the detail of an interface with the system and team behind it.

What I work on.

My current work spans AI adoption, lead engineering and production-platform delivery across several organizations. I work with development teams to turn solution designs into maintainable systems and bring production changes through.

I also develop apps for the App Store, applying AI-assisted development workflows to software that ships. That includes architecture and engineering ownership around the generated changes.

I keep client names private in project accounts. The project accounts on this site focus on the problems, my contribution and the outcomes.
